OUR MISSION
We're on a mission to change the way the housing remodeling works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine all remodeling and refinishing services into one packaged service.
We want to create a world where updating your home does not need to be a series of services across multiple vendors but rather one source.

Terms and Conditions
Procedures and Specifications for Drywall Installation and Finishing
Please read through the following procedures and specifications for the commencement of drywall installation and finishing.
I. Material and Environment: All drywall material and labor are supplied to the job site. The job site must be clear for the delivery truck. Once the drywall is delivered, the environment must be controlled: heat is to be maintained between 65-70 degrees, and humidity kept below 65%. Wood moisture must be below 13% for optimal performance.
II. Installation: Gypsum panels are to be installed with glue and screws, conforming to code. (In the event of a glue shortage, screws alone must conform to code.)
III. Wet Areas: Bathrooms and other wet areas will utilize mold-resistant gypsum board, meeting or exceeding code requirements.
IV. Waste Disposal: It is the contractor's or homeowner's responsibility to supply a dumpster in close proximity to the site. Scrap material is not permitted to remain on site.
V. Site Access: For safety and insurance reasons, we require/request that no additional trades or spectators be in the house until the drywall work has been sanded.
VI. Finish and Inspection: A standard Level 4 finish will be provided. After lights have been installed and before final paint, one of our leads will inspect all areas not clearly visible under working conditions.
VII. Cleanup: After the sanding process and touch-ups, a thorough sweep and perimeter vacuuming will be performed, along with cleaning around windows, receptacles, and tub areas.
VIII. Utilities: Power and water must be supplied, or additional charges may apply or will be reflected in the price.
IX. Payment Terms:
• Larger jobs: Require one-third (1/3) payment before or upon delivery of materials. Two-thirds (2/3) payment is due after the hang. Final payment is due after the sand.
• Smaller jobs: May suggest an initial two-thirds (2/3) payment before or upon delivery of materials.
